Max is MSC Fitnesses premium personal trainer. offering 5 years of experience in the fitness industry. Completing over 1000 hours of personal training sessions. Expertise in personal training for both male and female, specialist in exercise referral and sports specific training.  Providing a first class service with weekly engagement and expert guidance. Along with tailored programming and bespoke nutrition plans. All to assist you on your fitness journey.

Offering either one off personal training or bulk buys of 10x 1 hour personal training. Want to bring a friend or two? We also offer couples and group training up to 4 people. One off programs can be provided or will be included along side any bulk buys purchased. Nutrition plans can either be provided as one off or included in one of the packages we offer. However if online is more your style, virtual training sessions and online programming with check ins can be provided.
